چکیده
The article presents an overview characterizing the spread of Mycoplasma infections among various kinds farm animals. It also demonstrates urgency pathogen disease - spp., its characteristics and structural features, which provide significant differences from other types microorganisms. Most species spp. are strictly specific to host, but some them pose a danger humans. Mycoplasmas in animals cause diseases ranging acute forms asymptomatic course. With development pathology, damage organs tissues is observed, indicates high tropism pathogen, contributes generalized form pathology. most susceptible respiratory reproductive tract, as result farms inflicted with economic damage. At same time, mycoplasmas build symbiotic relationship host organism. Attempts use antimicrobial therapy, including combinations, do not always lead positive result, due antibiotic resistance pathogen. Thanks change genome, have become smallest bacteria capable self-replication. classified parasites or symbionts animals, insects plants, while itself opportunistic. Diagnosis consists mainly three methods: serological, molecular biological bacteriological, often used simultaneously. cultivation has own characteristic difficulties features structure bacteria.

Molecular Markers for Fertility in Farm Animals
A genetic marker is a gene or DNA sequence with known localization on a chromosome. It can be de-scribed as a variation that can be measured or detected by a suitable method, and can be used subsequently to detect the presence of a specific genotype. Such variations occurring at chromosomal or DNA level can serve as genetic markers. The progress in development of molecular markers suggests thei...
متن کاملInduced Termination of Pregnancy in Domestic Farm Animals
Induced abortion may be desired during a normal or abnormal pregnancy. The methods of induced abortion differ between species mainly because of different sources for progesterone production during pregnancy between species and within a species according to different stages of gestation. In cows and buffaloes, pregnancy can be effectively terminated from 5 to 150 days by administration of luteol...
متن کاملTransgenesis in farm animals
The production of transgenic animals has many biotechnological applications; however, available techniques still remain inefficient. This review summarizes the contributions of our group to transgenesis in domestic animal. One of the most traditional transgenesis techniques in farm animals is somatic cell nuclear transfer using genetically modified somatic cells. Using this technique, we produc...
